Product Manager
Recruiters were responsive and the process was straightforward. I enjoyed talking to the hiring manager and the interview panel. They were smart people and asked good questions about how I'd handle a specific situation. They were hiring me for a new initiative and were upfront about not knowing exactly what the projects would involve but assured me I'd get support.
- Can you describe your general product management background?
- What's your familiarity with the agriculture sector?
- How would you approach a given scenario in this role?
Product Manager
I spoke with a Group Product Manager for an initial screen. Then I had a full loop with a few Group PMs, a Director, and the Chief Product Officer. Everyone was really friendly and honest, which was nice. The interview focused on fit, my views on different aspects of the role, and some situational questions. Overall, it was a great experience.
- What's your approach to planning, creating roadmaps, prioritization, and dealing with people?
Product Manager
First, a recruiter calls to do a fit interview. Then, you have a phone screen with one person. After that, there's an in-office interview with 5 people. Finally, the hiring manager does a final interview and makes the decision.
- How would you rank priorities when they all seem equally important?
