Behavioral Technical Other

There were a few interviews for this role. I went through 3 rounds total. The first was a chill one, just to see if I'd vibe with the company culture. The second one was with the West Coast Director of operations and it was pretty technical. The last one was with someone on the executive team because I'd be working with them too. It wasn't super hard but you definitely had to be careful, like one wrong move and you were out. It was a good paying job, so I took the interviews seriously, even though the whole experience and working there ended up being kind of a bummer.

The whole thing took about a week. I had previously been contacted by CSA about 2 years ago but didn't have the right experience then. First, I spoke with the Recruiter, who was great. Then, a few days later, I had calls with a Program Manager and an APM. After that, the Director gave me a phone screening. Everything went really smoothly and professionally. They seem to value loyalty, which is important to me. Then, a few days after that, I got the offer letter, which I happily accepted.
