First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Client Solution Architects.
Consultant
There were a few interviews for this role. I went through 3 rounds total. The first was a chill one, just to see if I'd vibe with the company culture. The second one was with the West Coast Director of operations and it was pretty technical. The last one was with someone on the executive team because I'd be working with them too. It wasn't super hard but you definitely had to be careful, like one wrong move and you were out. It was a good paying job, so I took the interviews seriously, even though the whole experience and working there ended up being kind of a bummer.

Associate
So, it was a three-part interview process, which is pretty standard. First up was a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview that was also technical, with the hiring manager. Finally, I met face-to-face with the regional director. The initial phone chat was pretty typical; the HR recruiter used some buzzwords to see if I knew my stuff and could talk the talk. I guess she figured out I knew my craft and could speak well. The manager interview was also quite easy. She tried to throw me off a bit with more technical questions. She even asked about my leadership style, which was a bit odd since it wasn't a leadership role I was applying for. The last interview was basically a vibe check with the district manager, just to introduce himself, get a sense of my personality, and see if I'd fit the company culture.
- Can you discuss your knowledge of contract management or contract closeout?
Analyst
Process was fast and straightforward, 3 rounds of interviews: 1) Phone interview - basic interview questions, took about 20 mins. Nothing tough. 2) In-person - invited to office for interview with department head and lead consultant I would be working for. Very nice people, lots of personality questions such as what motivates me, career/life goals down the road, etc., along with some questions about my computer competencies (excel, word, etc.). Talked about my work experiences with using software. Lasted 45 mins (mostly because I asked a lot of questions at the end). 2) In-person #2 - met with same 2 people, as well as another employee in the department. Basically asked about tech skills and competencies with excel spreadsheets, etc. Pretty fast interview, only lasted about 15 mins. Think they wanted to just make sure I would be a good fit for the team.

Logistics Analyst
The process was pretty smooth, and the recruiter was really on top of things with communication. I had two interviews total. First up was the recruiter chat, where we talked about my background in logistics, my clearance status, and then I hopped on a call with the lead for a more in-depth technical discussion about my experience, handling client demand, and meeting expectations. Both chats were over the phone because of COVID.
- Can you detail your experience with defense life cycle logistics?
- How would you rate your skills with MS Office Suite?
- What's your experience with technical analysis for logistics requirements?
