Customer Service Representative
So, the recruiter was super nice, which made me less nervous! First, there was this phone call with HR, kind of like a screening. Then, I had a video chat with the person who would be my manager. We talked about my past work helping customers, how I handle tough situations, and when I can work. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. They also filled me in on what the job actually is and what it's like to work there. It felt pretty professional and welcoming, honestly.
- What are your future aspirations?
Customer Service Representative
The interview took place in July 2023. It was an okay experience. The interviewer didn't make eye contact and seemed uninterested. The office had a depressing vibe and the people I met seemed unhappy, like they hated their jobs. There was no one at the front desk to greet me. I'm glad I didn't take the job.
- Can you start by telling me a little about yourself?
- Could you describe how you would manage a scenario involving a challenging customer?
Customer Service Agent
Everyone was super nice, the normal process is they first call you, then you have to go to the site for the final test. If everything goes well, they do a drug test, usually on the same day as the interview.
- Tell me about your hobbies.
- What are you currently studying?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
