So, the recruiter was super nice, which made me less nervous! First, there was this phone call with HR, kind of like a screening. Then, I had a video chat with the person who would be my manager. We talked about my past work helping customers, how I handle tough situations, and when I can work. The whole thing took about 15 minutes. They also filled me in on what the job actually is and what it's like to work there. It felt pretty professional and welcoming, honestly.

So this interview process was pretty unusual for me. First, they wanted me to record video messages responding to three questions, with each video being only two minutes long. After I sent those in, they set up an on-site interview where they offered me the job pretty much right away. I initially accepted, but then I got to thinking about the compensation and how eager they were to hire someone. I ended up backing out of the process. It seemed like a nice company, a small office in Johnson County, but I got the vibe that employees don't stick around for very long, maybe less than six months.

So first, there was like a computer questionnaire, then a meet and greet, followed by a one-on-one interview where they asked about my background and personal experience, and also went into detail about the job description. After that, I had to fill out hiring paperwork and the background check paper. Then, I got some interview congratulations papers to take home along with drug test papers.

After submitting my online application, I got a call from a recruiter the very next morning. They actually asked me to come in for an interview that same day! Once the interview wrapped up, I was told to go do a drug test.
