Most of the interview was spent getting to know the candidate and there was little opportunity for the candidate to interview the manager and senior analyst. Interviews should be a 2 way street. There was no follow up after the interview which was disappointing. Also, the HR representative and the two members of the team conducting the interview were not welcoming.

Technical Behavioral Case

So I went to my university career fair and CNSI was there, so I got to talk to them and gave them my resume. About a month later, they emailed me about interviews for business analyst and developer intern roles at their main office. I went, and the first thing was a written analytical test. After passing that, we had a quick talk about the jobs and then a panel interview. Two recruiters asked me questions about my background and resume, plus some logic questions for about 25 minutes. We had lunch, and they said they'd let us know the results soon.

Behavioral Technical

I met them at the career fair and we set up an interview via email two weeks later. It was pretty chill. First, there was a 20-minute test on business topics, then the interview was mostly standard behavioral questions, nothing tricky. They asked about the company, the job, how I'd be a good fit, and my past experiences.
