Administration Intern
The interview was fair and on time. I didn't feel pressured and felt very welcomed. They analyze everything: posture, sympathy, diction, and personality. Overall, it was very calm, a little challenging, but that's expected from a company of this size. They responded quickly with feedback. I didn't pass, but it was a great experience.

Business Analyst
Most of the interview was spent getting to know the candidate and there was little opportunity for the candidate to interview the manager and senior analyst. Interviews should be a 2 way street. There was no follow up after the interview which was disappointing. Also, the HR representative and the two members of the team conducting the interview were not welcoming.
- Could you elaborate on the distinctions between institutional and professional claims in healthcare?
- Can you explain what a loop is in this context?
- What are the differences between the 834 and 837 file types?
Senior IDMS Engineer
Got a call from a recruiter, totally out of the blue. She was super nice and said she saw my resume on Monster.com. We chatted about the job, and she asked if I'd be up for an interview. When I said yeah, she set up a first phone call for like 4 days later. It wasn't techy, more about vibe. After that, they wanted me to meet the hiring manager at the office, about 10 days out. I met him, who's also the Project Manager, and his technical right-hand guy. We talked about my past work and tech skills, and also my experience managing people. Then they explained the role and asked if I thought it would work for me. I told them I was really keen. It ended well, and they said they'd be in touch since they had a few more people to see. About 10 days later, I called the recruiter to see what was up. She mentioned they were getting an offer ready for me and would circle back in a day or two.
- Tell me about your strengths.
- What do you consider your weaknesses?
- Can you elaborate on your background and technical capabilities?
Consultant
I had a phone interview with some technical questions. Then, I was referred to the client for more questions. I had an in-person visit, and finally, I got the job. They were looking for someone with a specific background for this contract. After it was confirmed that I had the necessary skills and experience, the rest of the interview process was pretty simple.
