It was a 1:1 telephone interview. They do these lesson-like sessions, similar to ESL classes in church, for KIT interns, with friendship and free talking each week for 50 minutes. I think they value diligence and solving problems with friendship.

The interview was super easy. First, I had a quick phone call, like 3 minutes, with the assistant director. After that, they asked me to come in for a proper interview. It was a relaxed chat with the assistant director and the director. They were friendly, and it was just a 20-minute talk to see if I could do the job.
