It was a casual interview, felt more like a chat. They mainly asked about what I was up to and my passion for quality engineering. Even though I was rejected from other places right away, the East Chicago location hired me.

I had an interview with HR and then another with the engineering team. Both were pretty straightforward and short, under 30 minutes each. They did take their time sending over the offer though.

It began with HR at a career fair, who were super nice and positive. Then I applied online. After that, I had a phone interview. Next, there was an online video interview that felt kinda weird because you have to stare at yourself while answering. It had questions specific to the job. The weird part was looking at myself, it was a bit distracting. Finally, I went in for an in-person interview with four people: one HR person and then three people from the department. HR asked the toughest questions. The department folks were more chill. I asked them a bunch of questions and they gave really detailed answers.
