The interview process involved a lot of questions about 5s quality and then moved into more detail about day-to-day scheduling. I answered everything confidently and quickly. We also discussed salary expectations and went through the medical benefits in detail. It's been over a week and a half and I haven't heard back, so I have no idea if I'm still being considered.

The interview process was super fast and organized, with three main parts. First, there was a recruiter call to see if my background fit and talk about company vibe. Then, two separate technical talks happened. They got deeper as they went on, really checking my skills. The last thing mentioned was a possible on-site to see the work and meet the team.

It was a 3-phase interview. The first phase was mostly STAR format. The second interview was more technical and involved a discussion about the role and duties. The third interview was in person to learn more about the company. Because of covid, the second interview might have been in person too. The second interview was the most important.
