The technical interview was tough, but the questions weren't really related to the job description, which made it challenging. I managed to get through it, so we'll see how it goes in the next few days.

The interview process started with an online aptitude test that was pretty easy. After that, there were two interviews: a 90-minute one with a panel and then an hour-long one with upper management. The whole thing wrapped up in under three weeks. The panel interview was a mix of getting-to-know-you questions and problem-solving. They apparently like to throw curveballs if you solve things too fast, and I found it tough to grasp the problem details at first because I was nervous, but the interviewers were helpful. The final chat was mostly about the job itself, daily tasks, and how I'd fit in. I got a call with an offer right after leaving the final interview. I accepted because, despite the below-average pay, it seemed like a good opportunity, and the benefits look decent.

First, I met with a recruiter. Then, there was a video interview with the data team and management. The interview questions were difficult and involved a lot of complex problem solving. The data team interview was mostly behavioral questions, followed by problem-solving tasks. The management team focused on personal qualities, leadership abilities, and teamwork. Be ready to discuss your database experience and situations where you've solved problems.
