Product Manager
The experience was very positive. The process was conducted in a highly professional and well-organized manner, including logic test stages, an HR interview, and interviews with area leaders. I noticed a lot of attention to the details I shared, as well as a lot of clarity and transparency about the next steps. Even though I wasn't selected, I received formal feedback from HR, who called me to inform me about the decision in a very careful way, which I consider important, given that some interviews raise expectations and don't always offer this type of feedback.
- Tell me about Fernando outside of a professional setting.
Digital Product Manager
The whole thing took about a month, and it went like this: first, an online test. Then, a chat with HR. After that, I had to do a case study presentation, which was followed by a meeting with the director and the HRBP. Finally, I talked to the head of the BU, and then got a job offer letter.
- Questions about how you handle people management and product management, your favorite methodologies, and a lot about who you are and what you enjoy.
Product Manager
The HR interview was super pleasant; I felt very comfortable and identified with the company's values. However, the interview with the area manager was horrible, completely against the company's values. Lack of attention during most of the conversation and extremely sexist attitudes. Finally, there was no feedback at all about the selection process.
