It was a super chill process, really different from what I was used to. There was a gamified testing stage, and the activity was an escape room, so we didn't feel too pressured, and my team helped each other a lot. For the interview part, we presented a pitch about challenges in our lives, and then there was kind of a chat with everyone.

The selection process started with an objective test, which is the same for all company positions. The results came back in 5 days. The next step was an interview with HR to assess the candidate's profile for the role. The third and final stage was an interview with the manager, which included a behavioral test. After the last phase, the manager mentioned that feedback would be provided in a week, but I'm still waiting. I tried to follow up after the deadline passed by calling to see if the process had indeed ended. The HR manager didn't answer, but I overheard her telling an analyst to inform me that she would contact me by the end of the week. That week has passed, and I felt completely disregarded, having wasted time and money on transportation. Initially, the process seemed promising with great service that gave an impression of valuing employees and candidates, but the company lost some credibility in my eyes by the end. If they had stated that positive feedback would come in 7 days and otherwise the process was closed, I wouldn't have waited.

The selection process was split over two days to complete 3 evaluations: First, a logical reasoning test with 20 multiple-choice questions (a-f). If passed, the same day included a group activity involving listening to 3 audios and discussing them. The third phase, on a different day, was an interview with a manager.
