It was a very humanized process!! I first did reasoning and profile tests, followed by a case study. Then I had an interview with the recruiter, which was very pleasant! The time to complete the case study was very short, and the interview was scheduled super fast, but unfortunately, I didn't pass the process.

I found the opening on LinkedIn, applied, and was then directed to the Kenoby portal. I took a test and after some time received another test, which they said was a logic test. The test had 20 questions that seemed more like text interpretation than logic. I took the test and in less than a minute, I received an email from Kenoby stating that I did not pass the test and Clearsale would not proceed with my application. I really didn't understand their criteria for proceeding with a selection process, as the test seemed very simplistic to be eliminatory, and they didn't tell me which questions I got wrong or why, making it difficult to improve without feedback.
