Data Scientist
You start with a recruiter call where they explain how the company works and its policies. After that, you're given a logic test, similar to the ENEM but pretty easy. If you pass, another recruiter talks to you about which area you want to work in, and then you have an interview with the person in charge of that area. The final step is a case study that you have to solve and present.

- Given a problem and an example, implement a solution in Python while screen sharing.
- Brainstorm a problem related to credit risk modeling.

I went through the logical reasoning phase. I passed, highlighting the extremely poorly designed questions in the test, some with no correct alternatives. I have a master's degree in mathematics, I've taken and created many logical reasoning tests, this was the worst I've ever seen. In the HR interview, the interviewer asks basic questions. I didn't advance to the technical phase. I only received personalized feedback.
- Quality and defects.
- What was your last salary?
