Você faz uma prova de raciocínio lógico e depois uma entrevista com o RH. Eles te deixam super à vontade. A resposta da prova de raciocínio lógico demora um pouco, mas do RH geralmente dão resposta no mesmo dia.

It was a 3-stage process. The first two stages were with HR, and the last one was with the hiring manager for the opportunity. Overall, these interactions were fine, but I felt the HR team was disconnected and had very poor communication. I had to ask them every time to send the interview invitations, which they were doing via WhatsApp, and even then, they didn't send anything. It seemed like they forgot or just didn't care much. After the interview with the hiring manager, I haven't received any feedback or response for over 6 weeks. Even a simple negative but constructive response would have been valuable out of consideration. Due to the lack of response and respect, and seeing other negative feedback experiences here on Glassdoor, I'm left with a very tiring impression of this company. If you're not selected, be aware that you'll likely never get a response about the process, or at best, a simple thank you and that's it.

I was contacted on LinkedIn. Then they sent me some online tests, which were logic-based and quite difficult. After that, there was a phone interview, an interview with the recruiter, and finally with the hiring manager. The interviewer was very good and polite, but the manager seemed lost, as if he didn't really know what to do or ask. The whole thing took about a month. A month and a half after the manager interview, the company hasn't given any feedback, positive or negative. I participated in the process and gave my time, but they didn't even bother to respond. I find that very disrespectful to the candidate.
