Got the invitation by email, felt like I was being treated like cattle, which was a terrible experience. But the logical reasoning test went well. They said I'd hear back within a week, but it took two weeks and I had to chase them for feedback. I moved on to the next stage, an interview with HR. They advertised a project analyst role, but it was actually to support a project manager. They said they'd give me feedback the following week because they needed someone to start in early August. Two weeks passed with no response. I politely asked for feedback again, and they just rejected me.

The interview process was very organized and transparent. Right after I applied, HR contacted me for an initial chat to align expectations for the role and confirm some details from my resume. I was welcomed well, and all steps were clearly explained. Next, I had a technical interview with a professional from Information Security. The questions were direct, covering practical knowledge, past experiences, and typical daily scenarios for the position. There was also space to discuss my certifications, projects, and how I handle pressure.

The test seemed complicated but it's just logical reasoning and quick answers. Then HR did a group activity, which was also easy to participate in, without pressure and very dynamic. The team was very professional and punctual; their welcoming atmosphere is a differential compared to other companies I've participated with.
