They responded super fast, like they really needed someone. I got a call the day after I applied and went in for an interview three days later. But then I got really turned off by the company. After the interview mid-week, they said I'd hear back by the next Monday. I emailed them a thank you when I got home. No response, so I called the recruiter on Wednesday, left a message, still no answer. After a few days, I emailed again the following Monday. Still nothing. Two weeks later, I got a generic email saying thanks for my interest but I didn't get the job. Their recruiting process was really unprofessional.

I applied on LinkedIn and they responded right away. After a 45 minute phone interview they wanted to meet in person. They flew me out to SLC and covered everything from the flight to the rental car. They sent a offer letter out before the end of the week and were patient with me because I had a couple other opportunities on the table that I needed to consider before accepting.

For the interview process, they first have you do a test project. After that, I had individual interviews with three managers. I tried my best on the test project, and it really helped me later on. The interviewers were all nice, professional, and friendly. If you're interviewing with Clearlink, I suggest you really give it your all on the first test project because it makes everything else way easier.
