Very unprofessional experience. One interview...interviewer, who was a high level exec, didn't engage much, no attempt to build rapport, ended interview very abruptly. No follow-up whatsoever. I understand if people are not a fit...I hire people all the time, but realize every interaction you have is an opportunity to promote your company and product. I know a ton of industry people and I this is the impression of your company I will share.

I applied online. First, there was a recruiter call, then two rounds of on-site interviews. I had to follow up multiple times after each round to get feedback. The interviewers weren't consistent in what they were testing, and there were repetitive questions. The process felt a bit unstructured. My on-site interview ran over by 45 minutes because they added another interviewer last minute. It was a mixed experience; some interviewers were good, while others were unengaging. I didn't get an offer, but I got a more senior role elsewhere.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case Presentation

First, I had a 30-minute phone screen with HR where I talked about my professional background and got a general overview of the company. Then, I had a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager where we discussed my product experience and technical skills in more detail. The next step was a 2-hour onsite interview with the hiring manager. This involved a technical assessment and a product management exercise done on a whiteboard. Finally, I had a 3-hour onsite session with leaders and teammates, involving four separate 2:1 interviews with 8 people in total. I was asked a mix of behavioral, technical, and product-related questions, and I also had plenty of chances to ask them questions about their teams and the company.
