Four rounds of pretty intense interviews, they really dug deep to find the right people. I felt like I met progressively higher-ranking people, which made me feel good about passing each stage, especially since it's a company that's growing fast and trying to lead the industry.

The interview process was quick, lasting just under a week, and overall a really positive experience. I had two in-person interviews. The first was with the Analyst Team Manager and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. It felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. They really showcased Clearbanc's strong family culture, gave me tons of info about the role and company, and answered all my questions. That alone almost convinced me. The second interview was with the VP of Sales. He clearly explained the job expectations and seemed genuinely invested in my career growth if I joined. He also kept the conversation relaxed and friendly. The whole process effectively highlighted Clearbanc's family-oriented, friendly, and performance-driven culture, which made accepting the offer a no-brainer.

I was approached by the People team, had a phone interview followed by two in-person interviews. It was a seamless process and an opportunity to not only learn about the company, but showcase my skills and gauge a potential fit with the company. Clearbanc is big on maintaining the great culture they have. Not only are you being tested on your knowledge about the role, and company but also how well you can fit with the rest of the wonderful people at Clearbanc.
