Product Manager
It was a pretty standard product manager interview loop, starting with a recruiter chat and then moving into typical interview rounds. The whole thing took about a month and the difficulty was pretty average. They were good about telling me what was next and why the job was important -- basically to grow the company beyond its main product.

Product Manager
I went through 3 interviews in just 2 weeks and then got completely ghosted without any feedback or response from the hiring manager or recruiter. It started with a quick and easy phone screen with TA. They said they wanted to move fast and get me to talk to the HM. My call with the HM went well. Then TA contacted me about the next steps, which involved a case study I wasn't told about before. The case study itself was okay, but after that, neither the HM nor TA followed up about the outcome or next steps, even after I followed up multiple times.
- If you had a board meeting in 4 weeks, what would be your preparation process and how would you present your product strategy for the upcoming 12 months?
- Given an existing backlog of tasks, what approach would you take to prioritize it?
- Please assess the provided UX flow, highlighting any issues or potential improvements.
Product Manager
The first step was a recruiter screen, which was actually helpful and the recruiter knew a lot about the job. The next part was a phone call with the hiring manager, and it was really bad. The interviewer seemed like she didn't want to be there, was bored, and not engaged. She talked about herself for 5 minutes, asked me about myself, and then asked just one question. Since we only talked for 12 minutes, I had to keep the conversation going by asking questions. Also, the interviewer got annoyed when I talked about my experience that was directly relevant to the job I applied for because it wasn't her team. Maybe the timing was off or there was a misunderstanding about why she was calling, but it was a terrible interview experience.
- Can you tell me about a project you managed from start to finish?
