It was pretty fast. The first time I applied, I got an interview invite from the recruiter about 10 days after I applied. I didn't get the job that time after talking to the hiring manager, but another job opened up for the same role and I got hired several months later. The drug test was a hassle.

I applied online and then had a 30 minute phone interview with H.R. A recruiter called to set up a face to face interview and she was in a huge hurry- needed me to meet within the next 2 days. I set up a time and had 2 interviews scheduled with 2 different panels of 3 people each. I arrived on time but had trouble with the directions and parking. I also could not get to the correct floor without a security code and the building receptionist had never heard of the company. I was told I had old instructions and someone would come get me when they had time. After being escorted upstairs I waited about 15 minutes and then was called back to interview with 3 people as the other 3 people I was supposed to meet were out that day. They could tell me very little about the actual job I was applying for. They said they would be making a decision in 3-5 days and despite this after 2 months I have not heard a word, but according to their website and H.R. Department the job is still open and I am still under consideration.

Case Behavioral

I got an email to do an assessment and case study. A few days later, they called me to schedule an interview. I missed the call and called the HR rep back, leaving a voicemail, but she didn't call back. I emailed her, and still no response. I finally got through to her a couple days later and set up an in-person interview with 2 leads and a manager. The HR rep said she'd send a confirmation email but never did. An hour before the interview, I got an email saying the time changed from 10 to 10:30. I arrived at 10:15, and the HR rep admitted she messed up the time and it was actually 10. I didn't have a chance after that. The manager and leads were nice, but one mistake can cost you the job, especially since they're only hiring one person. The pay is pretty low, but I really wanted the opportunity. Terrible HR management though.

Started with a telephone screening interview with a manager in the PMO, then had several phone interviews with people from both the Denver and Shelton offices, followed by multiple face-to-face interviews. The initial screening was about my project management style, and the in-person interviews focused on my ability to manage other people.
