Teacher
I interviewed with a group of teachers, assistant principals, and the principal. They asked a lot of questions about teamwork, managing a classroom, how familiar I am with the curriculum, and what my weaknesses are. It took them over a month to let me know how I did.
- What do you think your biggest hurdle would be in this role?
Teacher
I met with the principal, who was really nice. We had a great conversation, and she asked me a lot of questions about the Kindergarten teacher job. It was clear she cared a lot about her school and the community.
