Technical Coding Presentation

It was a long interview process that spanned over a month, especially with the holidays in between. It consisted of five main stages, including a take-home assignment. The stages were: an intro call, a technical interview, an 'About Us' session, a review of the technical interview and assignment, and finally, a meeting with a partner. During the technical interviews, I was a bit unsure whether they were looking for a response geared towards consulting or a more standard technical answer. I was pretty disappointed that after investing hours in interviews and the take-home task, I didn't even get a courtesy reply.

Behavioral

It was a pretty standard interview, asking about previous experience and why I was interested in the company. What stood out was the time the recruiter gave at the end for me to ask questions. They provided a lot of details about the role that hadn't been mentioned before. The recruiter was responsive and kept me updated on the decision timeline.

Behavioral Case

The interview process was pretty chill. It started with a 30-minute behavioral chat over Zoom. Then, the final round had three 45-minute interviews back-to-back with consultants and a partner. There was a short case interview that was a bit different from others I've seen. It took me following up after three weeks to finally hear back, which was a bummer, especially after the final round, to find out I didn't get the offer. They seem to care a lot about whether you're a good cultural fit and how you can talk about your past experiences.
