The first round was with HR and only basic, behavioral questions were asked. The second round had multiple managers and department leads. They were all pretty kind and friendly. I think there were 3-4 interviews in the second round.

The whole process wrapped up in about a week, thanks to Campus Recruiting. It started with a 30-minute chat with a recruiter. If you made it past that, the final round involved three 1-hour interviews back-to-back with different people from the firm, with about two candidates interviewed in each block. It was pretty sweet to get an offer just a day later.

This was an interview for upcoming recruitment for Audit Associates. It was a one-on-one meeting in a conference room at the company's offices, lasting about 40 minutes. The office had a mix of ages, which is a bit unusual for a public accounting firm. They asked questions about my background, work style, and activities. What was disappointing was that the interviewer mentioned multiple times (5+) that they weren't hiring and had no open positions, despite the company website showing available roles. They were cordial, and their policy is to interview all applicants. I felt it was a waste of my time.
