The process was super insightful. I was given a thorough overview of the company and the job role! My interviewer, Theresa Chow, was very understanding and a keen listener. Overall, I had no ill interaction throughout the interview.

Even though the company seemed formal, the interview with two very nice HR staff felt more like a casual chat than a formal interview. They gave me a lot of info about the job (what I'd do short-term and long-term, pay, and benefits) and the company culture.

The company felt very professional, personal, and upbeat. I was pretty impressed with the recruiters and how they represented the company. My interview was part of the campus recruitment process and happened on campus. The company seemed genuinely interested in its employees, not like the typical accounting firm that overworks people. This is just the impression I got from the recruiters, though. The company was also recognized as a top 200 workplace in 2010 by Business Wire. Besides my cover letter and resume, I had to submit a 2-page writing sample. I think this would be a good place to work.

This was an interview for upcoming recruitment for Audit Associates. It was a one-on-one meeting in a conference room at the company's offices, lasting about 40 minutes. The office had a mix of ages, which is a bit unusual for a public accounting firm. They asked questions about my background, work style, and activities. What was disappointing was that the interviewer mentioned multiple times (5+) that they weren't hiring and had no open positions, despite the company website showing available roles. They were cordial, and their policy is to interview all applicants. I felt it was a waste of my time.
