Project Engineer
I was asked to introduce myself and talk about my experience with leading teams and handling conflicts. They also asked if I knew anything about Clark and their work.
- Could you tell me about yourself and how you got started in construction?
- Please introduce yourself and describe your experience with team leadership.
- Please introduce yourself and describe your experience with conflict management.
Project Engineer
It was a pretty straightforward process. I first talked to a recruiter. Then, I went on-site and met with three different people. The interview seemed to go well, but unfortunately, I never heard back from HR even after trying to reach out multiple times. It was really disappointing to have invested my time and not get any response, not even a rejection.
- Can you elaborate on your past experiences?
Engineer
First there was an on campus conversation, then an in person interview with two people. After that I was flown out to the main job site for 3 interviews and a construction site tour. It was all behavioral questions and quite fair. They seemed very focused on how you would behave in situations rather than your technical experience.
- Describe a situation where you disagreed with a team member and how you resolved it.
