The process took about two weeks. I had a phone interview that was nice, and the first in-person one too. I took the DISC test, which was about 20 minutes, and then met with what I think was the manager. It was a really uncomfortable interview, he was short with his answers, yawning, and asked inappropriate questions unrelated to the job. A heads up, don't list three different jobs on your application if you don't want to be surprised about what you're interviewing for, and then have no say in it.

It was a simple interview, nothing tricky. They did a phone screen first, then a main interview. They were organized with scheduling and asked standard behavioral questions. I heard back about not getting the role within 3 weeks.

Easy experience. First round was on the phone, second round was a week later in Lancaster. Enjoyed talking to the interviewer about different things, it felt more like an interactive conversation than an interview. In the end, I was given a tour of the campus, which was great. Got a decision from them after 2 weeks of my second interview. They move very quickly in the process.

When I asked about tuition assistance for my master's degree, I was asked why I think an education is more valuable than on-the-job experience.
