Purchasing Intern
The purchasing internship interview at Clark Associates is mostly behavioral, and not technical. It's an easy interview with about 3 people, and there's usually one or two interviews total.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
Intern
The interview process had three steps. First, a phone interview with basic questions and some behavioral ones. Then, two in-person interviews. One was with two people, and the other was one-on-one. These later interviews dug deeper into my education and work experience. They also had me take a personality test, which they used to ask why I am the way I am and how it affects my work. The whole thing from applying to their decision took about 1.5 weeks.
- What was something annoying that your past coworkers did?
Intern
Approach interviews with ease: be yourself, stay curious, and engage genuinely. Openness and authentic questions create meaningful dialogue, reveal opportunities, and show how you and the organization can thrive together.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
