The interview process involved 3 rounds. It started with an initial HR screening, which was pretty basic. Then there was a second round with the director. This interview included basic questions about my previous work experience, my knowledge of Excel, and case studies about pricing models. The interviewer didn't seem very thorough and appeared inexperienced. Unfortunately, I was ghosted by the team after the first round, which felt unprofessional as I didn't receive any update on my application status or feedback.
