It was very quick. First, a recruiter interview, explaining the job and mutual expectations. Second, a manager interview to check for similar philosophies. Finally, a technical interview with two engineers. Everything was in English.

I was contacted by them twice for this role. All interviews were done remotely. In the technical interviews, some engineers didn't present themselves or turn on their video. Those who did didn't seem very enthusiastic. I went through all the recruiting steps: recruiter screening, manager interview, and engineering interview. After all that, I was ghosted with no further communication.

Behavioral Technical

The recruiter seemed more experienced than most I encounter on LinkedIn. The initial interaction was very professional, feeling more like a friendly chat where they shared company details and noted my background and interests. Next, I spoke with my potential manager and their manager. This discussion focused more on attitudes and opinions about technology rather than specific technical skills. The final interview was with two technical team members. This round included technical questions, but they were practical and relevant to daily tasks, not designed to trick me with unrelated problems.
