So I had a two-stage interview process initially. First was with the hiring manager, and then the second was with a senior person. After that, I was kind of ghosted. I followed up a few times, and they mentioned they'd let me know about the next steps. I emailed again, but still no response. Today, I saw the same job posted on LinkedIn, which was pretty disappointing, especially since I asked for feedback and never got it.
