The process took 3 rounds: a programming skill round, then technical round 1, and finally technical round 2. HR confirmed I got hired, but then the position was dropped after 2 weeks. It felt like a waste of my time and energy.

The process had three steps. About three weeks after I applied, I had my first interview with HR where we talked about my motivation and some behavioral questions. A week later, I interviewed with the hiring manager, and it was similar to the HR interview. Then, after another week, there was a case study. I had to prepare slides and present them to a small panel. They said this task was to show what the daily work would be like. I didn't get any feedback on how I did. A week after the case study, I got an email saying they chose someone else.

The process started with an email from a recruiter to set up an initial call. It took a few days to get a response after providing my availability. The intro call itself went well. After that, I was sent a CCAT test, which I passed. Then, it took another couple of days to schedule interviews with managers. The recruiter then tried to schedule a prep call, but ended up leaving me on the line for over 30 minutes before emailing to say she couldn't make it. She then emailed me late the night before the interview with some 'prep' advice. The manager interviews were decent, but I got the impression the company has really high expectations. I was told I'd hear back regardless of the outcome, but it's been over six weeks with no word, even after I sent two follow-up emails. It was a terrible experience. A lot of effort goes into preparing for these interviews, and the least they could do is provide feedback on what went wrong. I'll reconsider applying in the future.
