Behavioral Group Technical

So the interview process was pretty weird. First, you have to join a group "info session" where they start asking behavioral questions to a group of like 10 college students, which was just a mess. After the info session, you get an actual 1 on 1 interview.

Technical Coding

The recruiter reached out about a contract-to-hire position. The pay was low, but I went ahead. The interview had two people, a tech lead and a senior engineer. They seemed to be testing me rather than trying to see what I could do, which made me lose interest pretty fast. One guy didn't even show his face on video and might be overemployed since he has no LinkedIn profile.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved a single round with standard technical questions covering Java, SQL, and databases, along with about five behavioral questions. The interviewers were nice and friendly, leading to a great overall experience. I would recommend interviewing with Multiplan in the future.
