I applied online and was contacted by HR to schedule an interview. They asked a few screening questions, the main one being about salary. I said £30K, which was what I made in a similar role. They responded with an offer of £28K plus 25% OTE. I then asked how the OTE was structured, what typical target completion rates are for starters, and if remote work was allowed during probation. My questions were ignored. This really showed their approach to 'Talent Management' and their company culture. After waiting a few days, I sent a final message expressing my disappointment with the lack of professionalism, the unanswered questions about earnings and hybrid work, and how it reflected poorly on the company culture. I stated that the industry seems exploitative and not attractive for MBA graduates, and that they should reconsider their 'Talent Management' approach.

Amazing interview process, and the interviewers are easy to deal with. Good experience overall with amazing people. They don't tend to ask much personal questions and they help you with the interview process very well.

Had a straightforward initial screening and a Teams interview. The final in-person interview involved a sales pitch and a review of my CV. I was told they needed a French speaker after waiting two weeks, which seemed odd given it wasn't mentioned earlier. I was then told I'd be invited for other positions, but after being told I was put forward for two roles, I've heard nothing for three weeks despite chasing HR. Shocking experience.
