First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Clario.
Project Manager
The interview process kicked off with a recruiter chat. Then, there were two more interviews, conducted virtually, with folks from Clario. The final part involved a short 10-15 minute presentation. I thought the Clario PMs were pretty good, seemed to know their stuff. The recruiter, though, wasn't the most reliable, dropping the presentation topics on me less than 24 hours before. I was feeling pretty good after talking to the PMs, figured I'd get an offer, but then they decided not to move forward, and I got no clue why. Super annoying after a whole month of interviews.

Senior Project Manager
Recruiter reached out and set up a phone interview. Then, they decided to submit me to the hiring manager, who set up an interview that also included another senior manager.
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
Project Manager
The hiring process was smooth and quick, only taking about a week and a half, which is quite uncommon in Germany. The interviewers were really nice and friendly. However, I wasn't happy with the final feedback because it felt like a generic, AI-generated response with no real explanation or personal insights for the future.
