The role had two managers and interviews were with each of the heads of the lines, one of whom was the head of the department globally. The people were really nice and I think the company is strong. My only negative feedback is that the internal direction does not seem to be entirely aligned as even within one department I got different answers on the company strategy, future department specific plans, job role requirements, and interview process and timing expectations. Great history, low turnover, but also not as quick to change as other companies and not coordinated at least in that specific department.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Interview questions even with the global head were fairly standard, often more of a conversation about experience and the business than simply Q&A which I think signifies strong interviewers. There was no mention of testing.

It was a typical interview process in the chemical industry. The panel included the HR head and technical heads. I was informed about my selection about a week after the interview. An offer was extended following a medical check-up.
