The interview process was less bureaucratic than in other large companies with many steps just to get to the HR interview. The interview itself was very relaxed and conducted in the presence of several people, but individually with the internship company.

The first stage was with a third-party company. The second stage was also with them (just one question in English). Finally, there was an interview with the people responsible for the position, who were the lab heads. You only find out which position you are actually applying for in the last stage.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • The first stage was just about you, to get to know your resume, simple things.
  • Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (to be answered in English)
  • In the last stage, they asked a lot of questions about my work experiences, volunteer work, college, and others, in addition to explaining what the work routine is like.

The process kicked off with tests, psychological evaluations, and a pre-interview at the employment agency. After that initial phase, we moved on to a group activity where we had to plan a community action campaign. Then, we had another pre-interview with the site managers and supervisor, during which we were asked general knowledge questions about industry experience and computer skills. Finally, there was the final interview with the site manager, which was a bit more personal, even touching on religious topics.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Considering I'm in my first year of internship, how would you assess my Excel and VBA programming skills?
  • Could you tell me your religion?
