I was contacted the same day for an interview. I came back the next morning and talked with the manager. She was really upfront about the job and what she expected from people, and she was nice to talk to. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. She really dug into my past work history. Like, what kind of person was my manager? What were the expectations at the store?
