Recruiter scheduled a phone interview but then missed the scheduled time. I had to wait a few days to get on the phone with them, after which they invited me to their HQ for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was pretty bad. The interviewers seemed unenthusiastic and hadn't read my resume. Their approach to candidates was outdated, asking rude and personal questions. During the interview, one person even started discussing the 'loud' manager, which made me question the work culture there.
