I started with a 30-minute phone screening with the campus recruiter. After passing that, I had an in-person interview at the local office with a senior tax associate and a tax director. It was pretty informal, and they didn't even ask me to introduce myself. The questions were a bit all over the place, which was a little confusing.

Had a phone chat with HR that lasted about 25 mins. Then office interviews with managers and partners. Each of those interviews was around 30 minutes. Make sure you have questions to ask the managers when you're in the office interviews. That will help create a conversation rather than just a Q&A. Prep is key for this role. This job really needs someone who is detail-oriented and thorough. The more you give them what they're looking for, the better your shot at an offer. They get back to you pretty fast with the results.
