Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen).
Valuation Intern
There were two interview rounds, mostly behavioral, to understand my experience and how I work with teams. The whole vibe was pretty chill and low-key, making it easy to be open and honest during both interviews.
- Could you share some details about your background, including your schooling and what you've studied?
Accounting Intern
It was a 30-minute virtual interview. The interviewer was nice and it wasn't too stressful, but you should be ready. The recruiter introduced herself and then led the interview. At the end, she asked if I had any questions.
- Can you share a time you had to handle a group struggle?
Accounting Intern
The interview process was very transparent with good response times, and everyone was very friendly. In the second round, a large portion of time was set aside for me to ask questions. However, this part kicked off the interview, which caught me a bit off guard, and I felt like there wasn't much opportunity for my questions to evolve.
- Can you share an instance where you encountered a conflict with someone and explain your approach to resolving it?
