HR did a screening, then it was a direct interview with the team lead and GM. They mostly asked about my experience, with my diploma in freight being a plus. It wasn't much of an interview, more behavioral questions.

The entire process was super fast! I applied on Sunday night. I got a call back on Monday morning. I was sent over Wonderlic and Cangrade assessments. Both were simple to use, easy to understand, and didn't take a lot of time. Tuesday morning I got a call back and they were ready to schedule me for an on-site interview. On Thursday when I arrived, I had to take an additional Wonderlic assessment. I met with the Supply Chain Leader and Operations Leader for the actual interview. Fairly straightforward interview. I was offered the job later the same day as my interview. By Friday afternoon, we had signed paperwork with the offer and the anticipated start date. From start to finish, the process took 6 days.

The interview process involved a phone interview, three assessment tests (two of which were timed), and two in-person interviews. The process felt disorganized, with a total of 5 people interviewed. An invitation for a third onsite interview was extended to meet more people, but I declined due to the time commitment, low salary (below market), and the company's apparent indecisiveness given the lengthy process for a logistics manager role. The salary cap was also revealed during the invitation for the third interview.
