I had a chat with the HR manager and the H&H lead manager. They introduced themselves and then asked me some questions. They were pretty friendly, and it felt like a really laid-back interview. They asked for my feedback on them, and I also got some feedback for myself.

Presentation Technical Behavioral

After an initial phone chat and a few emails back and forth, I was invited in for an interview. It went for about an hour and a half. We kicked things off with a presentation that took about 30 minutes. Then, the head of the department handed me a questionnaire. After that, I got a tour of the place. We wrapped things up with some questions from HR. HR mentioned they'd get back to me in two weeks. Two weeks went by with no word, so I sent a follow-up email to check on the status. I was told they were still interviewing people. I followed up again after another two weeks, but never heard back. The company ghosted me and never gave me a final answer.

The hiring process consists of 4 steps: application, aptitude test(paper), and two interviews. You have to apply via recruiting website of CJ Korea Express. For 2015's recruiting, they had the Global Talent section for this position separately, for those who can either speak foreign language well or has graduated university overseas. The aptitude test includes CJ CAT(the test to evaluate verbal and numerical ability + common sense) and CJAT (the test to evaluate if the applicant is suitable for CJ way). After the aptitude test, the interviews come in the way. The first interview is to evaluate the pratical knowledge of the candidate and the second interview is meeting the executive in person.
