Account Representative
I applied online but had an employee referral too. The following week, I got an email to set up a phone screening with HR. The HR person missed our calls three times without warning, only letting me know about 2 hours after they were scheduled. When we finally talked, she was nice and easy to talk to. It was a basic screening where she asked general questions about my resume and explained the job. Then, I had to set up a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. This was more in-depth, with detailed questions about Affiliate and how my background fit the role. It wasn't too hard if you did your homework. Afterward, I was invited to the office to meet with four people for about 30 minutes each. They asked questions about my resume and a lot of client scenario/behavioral questions about handling different client situations. Three of the four interviewers read from paper and seemed to struggle with taking turns. They said they'd let me know 'soon,' but it's been almost three weeks, and my many attempts to contact HR have gone unanswered. It's disappointing, especially for a company that stresses communication, as they've shown little respect for applicants' time. It was one of the worst HR experiences I've had.

Account Representative
It was a thorough interview process. First, a phone screen with a Manager, followed by a panel interview with three Managers, and then an assessment test. I felt comfortable throughout, and the environment was professional, friendly, and collaborative. I felt good about what was asked and got to ask all my questions. The Recruiter kept me informed at every stage, making me feel well-cared for.
- Can you describe your experience and proficiency with Excel?
- Could you elaborate on your approach to reporting and analyzing data?
Account Representative
I had a phone interview that lasted about an hour with HR for the first part, and then a second round that was an hour long on Skype with a Management Panel. There's probably one more round left. They mentioned that if I get to the third round, it might be phone or Skype again since I can't make it in person. It was a really nice experience, they were open to jokes and quick answers.
- Could you share an instance where you experienced failure?
- Please discuss some abilities you've gained from your past employment.
