After I applied online, they had me come into the downtown Chicago office for an interview and a Wonderlic test. Since I live in the suburbs, it cost me $18 to go in for what turned out to be a 10-minute initial interview and then a 20-minute test. The interview that happened after the test was super basic and I think it went okay. I asked about the next steps and when I might hear back, and the interviewer seemed really lost and didn't know what to say. I followed up two weeks later since I hadn't heard anything, but I got no response at all, and still nothing.

The entire interview process lasted for two weeks. After I applied, I received an email response the following week for a phone interview. A few days later, I had an HR phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with two senior account managers, and one person from another office joined via Skype. The initial phone interview focused on my resume and the company. During the in-person interview, they really dug into my resume and asked me situational questions. I also had to complete a 10-minute online cognitive test.

I applied and a senior account manager reached out for a phone screen where we talked about the job and company. Then, a week later, I had an in-person interview. It was split into three parts. First, I did a timed computer test with math, reasoning, and reading questions. It felt like high school tests where being fast mattered. After that, I met with two senior account heads, and then two account leads.
