Sales Development Representative
I applied online and then got an email for a first interview. The final interview was a mock call. The whole process was pretty straightforward and easy. The recruiter was nice and made it smooth.
- Could you tell me about your best skill?
Sales Development Representative
It was pretty easy. There was one phone screening and then a three-part virtual interview. The virtual part had a mock call, a chat with a manager, and then a chat with a potential peer. It wasn't too tough and the process went by fast.
- What's your motivation for pursuing a career in sales?
Sales Development Representative
So, this was a really fun interview process! It kicked off when a recruiter from inside reached out after I applied. The recruiter was super upfront about everything, including salary. After I finished my phone chat with them, they set up more meetings with the team. The next interview was like an 'all-in-one' deal where I spoke with 5 different people at different times. It was really well-organized and went super smoothly. At the start, I had to do a prep assignment from the recruiter to show what I could do. Then, I had two interviews with different managers who wanted to get to know me both professionally and personally. The final interview was with two current SDRs who gave me the lowdown on the job and talked about their own career goals. The whole thing felt really comfortable and welcoming, which made me even more excited about the company. Everyone I talked to mentioned the company culture and how the leadership really values a good work-life balance. They made an offer really fast, and communication was great right up to the end. Honestly, the best interview experience I've had. Big props to the recruiter and the leadership for setting it all up!
