There were 4 rounds in total - First was a technical aptitude test, second a technical interview. The third round was a Managerial Interview, though I'm not sure if this happens as Civica doesn't have Portfolio Managers. The final round was an HR Interview for the final discussion.

The interview involved a technical test and some competency questions. The interviewers seemed fine and were happy to talk with me. They mentioned they'd let me know in a few days but never did. I tried emailing them a few times with no reply, and no feedback on the interview. They just left me hanging forever. Really bad.
