Project Manager
I had an initial chat with the HR manager where we talked about the job details and my background to see if I was a good fit. After that, I met with the hiring manager in person for a more in-depth interview.
- Can you describe your past experience and explain how it relates to the requirements of this position?
Project Manager
The interview process had 2 stages, which felt professional yet also relaxed and enjoyable. I felt at ease right away in both interviews. The recruiter, Chris Miles, kept me updated on the timeline between interviews and when to expect a decision, so I was never left waiting or in the dark. It seems the people who work here really love their jobs, and I'm excited about the next step in my career with them.
- Can you share an instance where you didn't deliver on a project or a workstream within a project, and explain the reasons behind it?
Project Manager
Had a quick 15-minute call with the Director. It was basically just to answer 2 or 3 questions, and if you didn't get them right, that was it. Kind of a bummer they didn't have a recruiter do those pre-screening questions instead of wasting my time.
- What would you do if a customer wanted to change the terms we already agreed on?
- Have you had experience with a CCN before?
