It was a 2 step process. First, I had an HR call where we discussed salary and contract rate. Then, I interviewed with two managers, the hiring manager and their peer. They described the role, asked for a summary of my experience, and posed some behavioral questions. They also summarized the next steps.

The interview process wasn't very organized, lacking structure and having poor communication. There were two interviews with different people, and it seemed they didn't coordinate beforehand. The questions were a bit random, as if they hadn't really planned what to ask. They initially indicated an offer would be made but then didn't follow up, which felt very unprofessional.
